FACE THE NIGHT is a da Vinci Eye Award Finalist

Face the Night is a Da Vinci Eye Award Finalist

The list of finalists for the da Vinci Eye Award was announced yesterday and Alan Lastufka‘s debut novel, Face the Night, is a 2022 finalist!

Each year, the Eric Hoffer Award presents the da Vinci Eye to books with superior cover artwork. Cover art is judged on both content and style. The da Vinci Eye is given in honor of the historic artist, scientist, and inventor Leonardo da Vinci.

Lastufka said, “Not only is it an honor to be a finalist, but the fact it’s for “superior cover artwork” on a cover I personally designed with Eight Little Pages makes this doubly special!”

The da Vinci Eye is awarded to only six books each year. Winners of the da Vinci Eye will be announced later this year in the US Review of Books.
