Her words and work have been featured on USA Today, Nerd Wallet, NPR’s All Things Considered and Here & Now, The Huffington Post, Healthline, Greatist, SELF, GQ, Architectural Digest, Buzzfeed, and more.
Catherine’s work is inspired by peeking through the folds of culture, identity, and relationships, with emphasis on inclusion and empathy. She’s won multiple Jesse H. Neal Awards and has led two editorial teams to nominations at the Webbys. Her screenplays have won awards at Midwest Weirdfest, Cineverse, Emerging Screenwriters, Big Apple Film Festival, and more.
When not writing, Catherine makes art, watches movies en masse, and plays games of the tabletop and video variety with her husband Steven.
