Maisie grew up in St. Louis, Missouri before moving to England where she received her Master’s degree in Postcolonial Literature from the University of Leeds. Currently, she’s developing an original animated horror comedy with Stampede Ventures and just optioned her first feature with Blumhouse Productions. In television, she recently wrote the pilot THE REVELATIONS OF BECCA PAULSON, based on the Stephen King story, for The CW & Warner Bros and has also staffed on SyFy’s adaptation of George Romero’s DAY OF THE DEAD as well as ABC’s LAST MAN STANDING. In features, her script HUGH JACKMAN STOLE MY HUSBAND won Screencraft’s Horror Screenplay Competition.
