Horror DNA reviews I AM AI

Horror DNA recently posted their review of Ai Jiang‘s new novelette, I AM AI.

They gave the book 4 out of 5 stars, saying:

The character of Ai is sympathetically portrayed if not especially complex. We learn her goal is to help her struggling community while they live in a world that might easily leave them behind if they do not produce, and continue to do so. It’s a clever exploration of how creatives are treated in places that refuse to value them.

I AM AI is a beautifully critical look at modern culture and a reminder that Ai Jiang’s voice is one of the most vital of the generation.
